Today "Byborg" is the most hi-tech manufacturer of vehicle license plates. The company has a well-developed structure of industrial enterprises
all over the country. Our products are delivered to 38 regions of Russia. In 2002 “Byborg” expanded its customers range,
having won the tender in Republic of Belarus. Not stopping at the achieved level, in 2003, we presented an updated license
plate developed by our company to the President of Belarus. The new Belorussian license plate has a better design and,

The prompt development of “Byborg” began on January 22, 1993, when V.V.Putin, who was at that time the chairman of
Saint Petersburg Mayor’s Committee on international economic relations, signed the registration certificate of the company.

“Byborg” actively participates in various programs aimed to increase traffic safety level. In 1997 “Byborg” opened the first
commercial station for carrying out state technical examination, equipped in accordance with the last word in technical engineering.
Subsequently our company has founded "Traffic safety Fund - Neva" and "Association of the organizations, that provide diagnostics and
control over technical condition of vehicles "Control, diagnostics of automobiles".
